  7.  PURPOSE:  to swap between the monochrome and CGA screens
  8.            --requires both adapters and two monitors
  9.              (will have no effect otherwise, but do no harm)
  10.  SYNTAX:  CHNGSCRN [x] [x]   (where x is one of the following
  11.  Parameters:  M  = change to Mono screen
  12.   (x x)       MX = clear screen and change to Mono
  13.               C  = change to Color screen
  14.               CX = clear screen and change to Color
  15.               S  = swap video
  16.               X  = clear screen and swap video
  17. Changescreen is similar in effect to MODE CO80 & MODE MONO    BUT....
  18.   - there is no resident portion to waste memory
  19.   - you have the choice of clearing the current screen
  20.     before changing to the other
  21.   - the cursor is turned off on the inactive screen
